Research workshop organized by the members of the project. The two guest presenters were Andrea Gavriliu (actress and choreographer) and Cristina Modreanu (theater critic and performing arts specialist). The workshop was attended by the members of the project, CESI students and faculty.

Research workshop organized by the members of the project. The two presenters were guest lecturer Petruța Năiduț (from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Bucharest) and project team member Anca Băicoianu. The workshop was attended by the members of the project, CESI students and faculty, and students from the Faculty of Letters (University of Bucharest).
• A3: Painting the Figure. Figurative and Figural Regimes of Representation, November 14th 2016, Center of Excellence in Image Studies (CESI), University of Bucharest
Research workshop organized by the members of the project. The two presenters were guest lecturer Kamini Vellodi (from the Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh) and project team member Vlad Ionescu. The workshop was attended by the members of the project, CESI students and faculty.
• A4: The figures of language, the language of figures, May 8th 2017, Center of Excellence in Image Studies (CESI), University of Bucharest.
Research workshop organized by the members of the project. The two presenters were guest researcher Adrian Tudurachi (literary critic and historian, Deputy Director of the „Sextil Pușcariu” Institute of Linguistics and Literary History, Cluj-Napoca) and Chris Tănăsescu (poet, performer, critic, translator and researcher at the University of Ottawa). The workshop was attended by the project team, CESI students and faculty, and students from the Faculty of Letters (University of Bucharest).
